Huong Le is a Research Consultant at the ICCT. She contributes to a wide range of ICCT research on vehicle technology and policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution from light-duty vehicles in Vietnam. Huong earned an M.S. from the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany) in Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering in 2014. Currently, she is in the final stage of finishing her Ph.D. research at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Her Ph.D. topic is “Improving Transport-related Health Impacts by Promoting Active Transport and Public Transport.” Huong also worked at Vietnamese-German University (Vietnam) as a Research Teaching Assistant from 2015–2017.
